VPN app service down

Right now we're having issues with our VPN app as API requests don't reply back.

This will cause error 504 when you try to log in and external IP fail. If you get connected but no external IP is shown, you'll be fine as you are connected to VPN.

* 2018-04-25 14:22: Issue found. Tech trying to apply the fix now.

* 2018-04-25 14:37: The issue has been addressed to our old VPN app API environment. We've decided to install a new API environment. ETA: 6 - 8 hours.

* 2018-04-25 17:58: One API service up and running of two. Still some work to do!
