Information we collect
PrivateVPN does not collect or log any traffic or use of its service. If you are browsing our site, you don’t have to give us any identifiable information. For more information see the “cookies” section further down.
We do not track any activities outside of our site.
Usage of information
The information we collect about you when using our service is used to create your account after registration, we also use the information you gave us registering on our site to identify and communicate with you primarily for customer support.
Some of the information we collect might also be used for:
-Verifying your identity when you log in to our site or are using our service;
-Completing your order;
-Internal record keeping and improvement to our site;
-Sending promotional e-mails for services we think might interest you;
-Analyzing usage of our site to better understand how our visitors use the site and our services. Sometimes we need help from third party service providers who provide services on our behalf. Examples are Payson, Paypal and Stripe who we use to process payments. They only receive the necessary information to perform their designated function. We do not permit them to use or disclose this information for their own marketing or other purposes.
We do not share your personal information with any third parties for them to use in their marketing.

If you need to change your information

If you as a parent or guardian believe that your child under 16 has provided us with information or are using our service please contact us at, firstname.lastname@example.org, and we can delete your child’s information. You need to contact us within three months from the time you detect these circumstances. If you do not contact us within this time we will interpret that as you agree to the contract.
